About
It is incredible to see so many people - be it here on WiserEarth or through any of the many other gateways - sharing, engaging, growing, connecting, and evolving the greater movement that is building all over the world... Collectively, we are finding our way 'home' - to ourselves, our hearts, our purpose, our connection to the natural world and all things... re-authoring our stories, transforming patterns of being and doing that we know won't get us where we want to go, and birthing the dreams and visions for a present and a future that really lights us all up! Together we are designing and living into a new era of activism, leadership, and 'sustainability'. What will it look like? What are we creating? Who are we being so we may live powerfully into that future?
I am passionate about possibility, connection, and community and am a student of presence, inquiry, awareness, and playfulness... There is something so simple and powerful about sitting quietly under an oak tree listening to the birds or watching the bobcat hunt in the field outside my window. I am often moved by the natural world in a similar way as I am moved through music... or in moments when I get to witness a breakthrough someone has just had in their experience of themselves, their life, or work in the world. All of these are gifts.
On my service path, I help consciouspeople and their organizations connect with, nurture, and manifest the possibilities that reside within them. I do this through providing coaching and consulting services to my clients, and offering workshops that help facilitate their leadership and personal development journeys.

In addition to my private practice, I am also the co-founder and co-director of the Ecology of Leadership Program offered through the Regenerative Design Institute in Bolinas, CA.
