I am currently the Executive Director of the California Urban Water Conservation Council, which serves as a resource for technical assistance and policy development for utilities and nonprofits to promote water conservation and efficiency. I've worked on water conservation since the late 1980s in Las Vegas, Nevada as a community organizer; spent three years working as director of water conservation for a water utility in San Antonio Texas, and 8 years as a water conservation consultant to utilities, state agencies, industry and nonprofits before coming to the Council.
