About

Developing resilient organizations and community through pragmatic, sustainable change involves extensive group work and facilitation. I have a deep trust of the wisdom of crowds from anonymous clouds to intimate groups. All can benefit from well crafted group experience that practices deep democracy, hears all voices, and finds common purpose.

My own journey includes traditional project management for business and non-profit teams attempting to change the present state to a better, more effective new state. With training in organizational relationship and systems coaching, sustainable practices, and just spending time growing plants on the shady slope of my home in Mill Valley I bring a balanced, but directive approach to leading change.
