About
I call myself an ACTIVartIST lately. I started a project in 1996, when I was 18, to give young people a voice. It evolved and grew into the Global Youth Action Network (GYAN), for which I served as executive director until recently. GYAN links thousands of organizations in over 180 countries, acts as an incubator of global partnerships, and helps galavanize the efforts of young people working to improve our world.
I like photography, travel, languages, and much more, but the only thing that truly matters to me is changing the world, or at least helping to improve the lives of young people.
