Hi Bowo! Greetings from a cold nothern Sweden (even a little snow yesterday). It was great to read your profile and telling by what you write and books you are commenting on, it seems we have a lot in common. It is really powerful to connect to people all around the globe in this move. I have recently joined WiserEarth and been looking for groups to connect to. Seems like I have found one... All the best, /Anders |

Dear Bowo - I'm reading your profile and it looks like we have much in common. I am publisher of a small but growing blog HumanKind Media at http://www.humankindmedia.com/. We recently did a month or so of articles on sustainability, and before that on peace. I wish I had known you before we started writing those. I'm looking forward to reading back through your blogs. If you'd like to see what we wrote about you can click on the link above and find the "conversations" on sustainability and peace on the left sidebar.
I look forward to continuing to read your blogs and comments on WiserEarth.
Peace,
Chris HumanKind Media |

Salams/Shalom/Peace
I am attending a gathering today with folks from Indonesia, a pre Hajj event. They are so generous and becoming more socially conscious as well; here in America and of course they always help out back home. We just finished this years Warm for Winter project where we delivered 2,250 beautiful handmade hats and scarves to more than 27 organizations that assist the homeless in WA state. We held a wonderful Warm for Winter Interfaith Thanksgiving service on 11/11/07 where 25 faiths community leaders came together for blessings and prayer for all those that live in poverty and are suffering without homes and or ailments. We had knitters, 1000 handmade scarves and hats al lover Trinity United Methodist Chancellery, panelists from Bosnia, MN and CA ( now all live here in Seattle area) The beautiful Tova Ramer and her husband Jon were part of the musical expereience with also the Sparkling Choir of Love. Many Blessings from all and many ways to reach out to assist those that have no homes, those that need their voices heard. |

Hi Bowo,
Thank you for your note - really nice to hear and I agree with you about the power of dreams. Best, Kristy |

Hey, Bowo:
Thanks for the complimentary note! It is a pleasure to become acquainted with people of other cultures and to constantly rediscover the universality of concerns. Sometimes it seems like a brand new discovery, too. We have a very worthwhile challenge to make WiserEarth a cohesive, populist, sustainability, social progress-driven outfit, so these little networks need to grow, prosper, and extend everywhere. I am pleased to offer all the help I can. David Messages done with sustainable energy, with Wind and Sun! |

Hey Bowo,
I like what you have to say in your Wings for Wisdom group about copyrights, as I think our planet can progress to a different kind of "ownership" over intellectual works. Most of the world's greatest thoughts and books are limited in its reach due to the price thats on it, and as you say, our planet may not have enough time to wait. If only we saw our current or most common kind of copyright as a model that can be improved, rather than as perfect. I actually STILL have to read the last Harry Potter, didn't want to fork over the money for it yet. Nice to meet you! - Michael |
