About
My interests lie in all areas of environmental preservation and sustainability. I am a certified Permaculture designer and teach Cob design and construction. I also teach organic gardening and composting methods and use. My focus of late has been alternative building methods with the goal of liberating housing from the indentured servitude of 30 year mortgages and reducing non renewable resource use. Our present system eliminates the possibility of home ownership for far too many people.

Yup. I would love that. To not be under servitude of 30 year mortgages...
I guess starting small and sustainable would be wise?
Still wondering how and which kind of land reform would solve the first of the 'ownership' problem :)
It does not make sense that a child is born landless anywhere on the face of earth...
