About
Not my garden - what I aim for
I have been interested in Permaculture since the 1990's but have tried to put the principles into practice since 2001. I have been involved in the establishment of the Blue Mountains Permaculture Network, done courses, attended talks, taught on Permaculture courses and started applying the principles to my house and garden.
I am also interested in Food Security and promoting the need for all to have access to sustainability produced nutritious food.
I am generally retired from my work as a post secondary education teacher.
I am particularly interested in the idea of "Small and Slow Solutions", ways to "Use and Value Renewable Resources" and the concept of "Integrate rather than Segregate" (Holmgren, D.,2002 Permaculture Principles & Pathways Beyond Sustainability )
Pictures from my recent trip to England and France.

Hi Pat,
Do you know anyone who would have some short stay accommodation in Blackheath while I am doing
Lis Bastion's PDC starting 23rd October ( a couple of nights over 4 weeks)?
Have been involved in permaculture for over 4 years and love my veggie garden. Am the local coordinator
for Seed Savers at Permaculture North and a member of Permaculture Hornsby.
Looking for like minded people to connect with during the PDC course.
cheers
Jannine
