About
I am a "bridger," just beginning my search. I have been a program manager in the IT industry for 10 years, working mostly for the US EPA on databases, web systems, and information dissemination, but I am currently looking to transition into the non-profit sector. My passion is endangered languages and cultures, which feeds into a variety of other interests concerning indigenous peoples such as the effect of climate change on isolated island communities and the ways in which ethnobotany affect language (hence the several "areas of focus").
