I just read The Economics of Happiness by Mark Anielski. I highly recommend this book, if you want to understand how to quantify an economy based on values rather than money.

I was over at the Green Festival in San Francisco on November 9th, 10th and 11th. WHAT A BLAST! I had the chance to listen to, the meet and talk to Mark... what a pleasure... this guy and this book are the real deal.
