I am living in my homeland of Sonoma County and recuperating from a bout with tropical parasites....be careful when you travel! Take precautions!
I study and practice Yoga, and like any good Californian, pull from the diversity of my teachers. I will be a hard-core Bhakti-Hathi until the day I enter into taking Bodhisattva vows, which, I believe, are the pinnacle of human compassion and spiritual ability.
I love Life, People, Teaching, and Learning. I love the Earth through my actions and my prayers, and I am always open to partying conscious-style.
