because in times like these, as we are speaking and teaching sustainability, I wish to high.light that we are our own living laboratories to learn about this vital and necessary peace.

     Being a Yoga Therapy Teacher, Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Certified Doula on the path to Traditional Midwifery, my most recent realized passion is in Reclaiming Birth as a Rite of Passage  and 
Empowering women to create their own positive birth experiences!

I believe that we can create a very powerful shift in paradigm by re.creating more humane birthing practices and educating 'parents to be' on the 'naturalness' of birth, the simplicity, beauty, and safety of an unintervened birth experience, as well as the lifelong imprints that accompany a babies entrance into this world.
