About

I have a blog based around the theme of ecopsychology - although I only just discovered this term here on Wiser Earth - We Are What We Grow: The green-fingered guide to self-empowerment.

where I collaborate with other writers interested in the relationship between our inner well-being and the well-being of the planet. Articles cover everything from creative growth to how to keep ants off your beans! I like gardening and have spent a number of years living off-grid although I am back on now and keen to explore the concept of urban living as an ecological alternative.

I am a mixed-media artist and blog at WILD CHERRIES: Mixed Media Artworks of a Bilingual Life

where I describe my life as English artist, caught between two cultures, in AndalucĂa, Spain

and an avid listener of the Long Now seminar podcasts.

Each today, well lived, makes yesterday a dream of happiness and each tomorrow a vision of hope. Look, therefore, to this one day, for it and it alone is life.
