I am a Market Analyst at New Generation Energy, a 501(c)(3) non- profit charitable organization based in Boston, MA. We are a lending source for community-scale renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in New England. We provide low- interest loans and CDFI funding and offer our socially responsible investors a fixed return on investment. We take pride in offering communities the opportunity to invest in their own renewable energy projects, while offering them a measurable reward for doing so.
We believe our motto- Fixed Return. Maximum Impact.- is at the core of socially responsible investing. It also celebrates the meaning of the triple bottom line- People, Planet, Profit- except our mission is to turn the profits back to the people and the planet!
