The Vancouver International Bhangra Celebration (VIBC) is a not-for-profit organization established in 2004 to elevate and promote the Indian dance form of Bhangra. Each year, the VIBC Society creates a festival of Bhangra-related programming presented in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.

From February 29-March 8, the VIBC Society presents the City of Bhangra 2008 Festival. This festival will feature outdoor concerts, an art exhibit, workshops, forums, a multicultural drum circle, dance performances and the finale international Bhangra dance competition.
