About
I am a property manager and consultant on redevelopment. My current major project is a training program called the Teaching & Helping project where we are training beginning construction students in the skills to repair and upgrade existing (tract) homes. Student teams work, led by experienced professionals repair the homes of low-income families.
In addition, I am a founding member of Sustainable Tucson, which is a network of networks that was formed to help coordinate local sustainability efforts.
I have formed a non-profit corp. to prototype techniques, such as T&H, to overcome the barriers to redeveloping Tucson as a sustainable community.
