About

I'm an avid outdoorsman who decided to make a job out of the fitness aspects of enjoying nature. Through my work, I define good health as having direct correlation with sustainable relationships between the individual, the community and nature.

I was an independent business contractor/owner of a Health and Fitness company called KitFit (a focus on Personal Training).  I (still) am concerned with promoting a sustainable lifestyle within the Urban setting.  My goal is to inspire mindfulness by establishing mind, body and nature connections through choices in life.

CURRENTLY! I am a graduate student studying "Sustainable Enterprising" at the Resilience Centre in Stockholm, Sweden. I will be here until the summer of 2011 and then hopefully I'll be working for the EU or the UN.

I balance myself by - Singing, playing guitar, singing with other people, acting, traveling as often as i can around the world by means of sleeping on strangers couches - www.couchsurfing.com, dancing, cooking, eating, citying cycling (I do not own a car), hiking, rock climbing, meeting new people, reading, listening to NPR, taking deep breaths, forgiving, loving.
