I'm an avid outdoorsman who decided to make a job out of the fitness aspects of enjoying nature. Through my work, I define good health as having direct correlation with sustainable relationships between the individual, the community and nature.
I am an independent business contractor/owner of a Health and Fitness company called KitFit (a focus on Personal Training). I am concerned with promoting a sustainable lifestyle within the Urban setting. My goal is to inspire mindfulness by establishing mind, body and nature connections through choices in life.
