About
I am passionate about how we can leverage community to produce different results in our workplace and in our lives. My current work includes strategic planning, organizational assessment, leadership development, group process, public engagement, coaching, team building and facilitation. I am a Managing Partner for Transformation Systems International (www.workmiracles.com) and a Board member of the Performance Center (www.performancecenter.org). I care about organizations holding a social mission. A significant portion of my work is in the government and non-profit sectors. I like to read, jog and engage in deep conversations with friends and new people. I am a 'city girl" at heart but enjoy an occassional hike from time to time, particularly down the streets of Seattle. I am married to Walt Roberts and we reside in Portland, Oregon with our cat, Chang Mai.
