Hi Sarah,
Thanks for the invite. It's cool that you're involved with Bioneers. Our 16-year-old daughter Sarah went to the Bioneers conference in Boulder last year. She's off today with her classmates from the Watershed School to spend time with the Tarahumara tribe in Copper Canyon in Mexico who are very in touch with the earth and living healthy, sustainable lives. When's the next Bioneers conference coming to Boulder. I'd like to come. Cheers, Scott |

Hey Sarah!
Good to hear from a fellow boulderite. I would really be interested in getting together or at least talking about possible collaborative ventures. My friend Jimmy Dirkes and I are in the process of creating the Boulder Sailing club - hopefully getting boats for this summer. We are very interested in promoting a green attitude in society and judging by your comment 4 hours ago, you could probably give me some advice or maybe lend a hand in our journey. I would also be interested in hearing about your work with the Environmental Center and what an Envs Policy major entails. Can't wait to get in touch. John Hallett |

Hi Sarah,

Well, if it is'nt about time I get my profile rockin'! I am (finally) a senior in Envs Policy at CUB, and have worked at The Environmental Center for over two years. I have helped Marianne Martin pull off two Bioneers Conferences as well as several other amazing things here on campus. I am looking forward to building a neighborhood community in South Boulder this summer. Much like Shanahan Ridge Climate Action Committee. Holla if you hear me. Keep up with good things at ecenter.colorado.edu events page.
Blessings. |

I have yet to get rockin' on my profile, but thanks for making contact. Tonight, after a margie at the Niwot Tavern to watch the second half of the SuperBowl, I'm sending out an email blast for the second annual Tolantongo Cross-Cultural & Cross-Species Gathering in Hildago Mexico. We hope to make this an annual event to seriously help advance the conversation on how we become more conversant with other species. The strategy, in part, is inviting indigenous people--who DO take this stuff seriously, as we are not so far off from when their/our lives depended on communicating beyond the spoken word. And just how DID we, in such a short time, come to think that English is everything? or even human utterings? Go to www.alpinesprings.net/tolan if you'd like to see some vedy vedy pretty pix of this veddy veddy special place.
This is just one iron on the fire. Better get back to work.
Thanks for workin on Bioneers! I love it. So good.
