I have 35 years of experiences in sales, marketing, training and planning, concentrating in the areas of leadership, business and civic development.  I consider myself a Master Coach and Principal Consultant of Phronêsis Inc consulting and its coaching network.

In the role of consultant and coach I have provided advice, consul and services to a list of clients that has spanned from the executive suite to line foreman. At each stop and contact along the way I have learn to honor the creation of networks.

What I look in a network is a response to what I am witnessing - a cultural paradox within the business environment.  While the practices of business leaders validate expertise and the importance of openness and learning, the broader values of technologically driven culture is breaking the civic order into parts unrelated to the other.

I am joining this network in the hope it provides the living out of the fascinating opportunity for those leaders that seek to learn and spread authentic experiences through a peer community.
