About

Kirsten runs Milkwood Permaculture in the central west of NSW, Australia, with her husband Nick Ritar. Milkwood Permaculture provides world-class courses and workshops in a range of sustainable farming practices - all within a relaxed, professional and positive hands-on environment.  We also offer Permaculture design services for both small and larger-scale projects.

Our courses run out of Milkwood Permaculture Farm, Sydney and throughout NSW as demand dictates.

We're also documenting the ups, the downs and the general evolution of establishing a sustainable smallholding in the central western ranges here: http://Milkwood.net

Howdy Kirsten!

I'm totally inspired by your work at milkwood -- my partner and I are just a few years behind on the same path. Sending you joy and gratitude from northeastern north america!
