Kia ora everyone, Mahara here.

A bit of background about me.

Although I was born in Palmy I'm a Wellingtonian through and through. I studied at Vic Uni where I completed a BCA in Managament and Commercial Law and a BSc in Environmental Studies. I am currently working at The Ministry for the Environment in the Sustainable Business Group where I work with businesses on sustainable practice, in particular construction and demolition waste (although am getting more into sustainable building).

My Interests?

I have always been keen on business and the environment so the whole sustainable development angle sits well with me. I hope to follow interest and start my own business some day.

I am pretty active and enjoy both team sports and getting outdoors (eg climbing, tramping, skiing etc). I enjoy socialising and have decided you cant beat a good BBQ with good mates.

Noho ora mai

Mahara
