About
“Ready or not, here comes you life. Set yours in motion!”
This has been my inspiration and motto for the last five years. I love the ready or not part because only a short while ago, I was immersed in the adrenaline-fueled high tech industry in Silicon Valley, California. Then, ready or not, I was on another career adventure, this time to San Diego to become a Life Coach.
Why life coaching? The common thread in my life has always been a love of people and the sincere desire to help everyone live their passion. So when this new profession that met a real world need appeared on the horizon, I gathered my courage and transformed passion, knowledge, intuitive gifts and coaching skills into a vibrant mentoring and life coaching practice, with clients spanning from San Francisco, California to Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. And I love it.
My mentoring and coaching programs are powerful, life-changing catalysts that meet you where you are. They are successful because they create a practical framework to align your heart’s goal on every level; mind, body, spirit and emotion. Best of all, they empower you to tap into your best vision of you; known, or yet to be discovered. All in a safe, uplifting environment filled with compassion, understanding ... and yes, we laugh a lot!
What’s next? After five years of intensive research and "roll-up-your-sleeves" field work in the area of Life Purpose & Life Force (Qi) Energy, I'm writing a book about this area. (Available: August 2008).
