ASDI (Anisha Sustainable Development Initiative) -TRAINING PROGRAM - GRANT REQUEST
Dear Donors We are launching a program to train rural women, Self Help Group leaders and Social Entrepreneurs to crate a powerful resource pool of social change agents. The primary focus of training will be in Health & Hygiene, self empowerment, Computer literacy for field personnel in Microfinance (such as data capture through PDAs and Impact assessment tools involving PDA platform etc,.), leadership skills and HR (involving the four intelligences approach. While we have the training resources in terms of man power, we lack infrastructure such as training rooms, LCD projectors and dedicated computers. Please let us know how to obtain this vital grant funding. The anticipated cost U.S.$.100,000. The program will be self-sustaining from the second year of its launch and full capital recovery within 48 months. |
