Currently, I am focusing on "Sustainable Self, Sustainable World." Meaning through self-study and self awareness and discovery of personal values, social change is strengthened. As a yoga Instructor I teach the Yoga Sutras and the philosophy of Vedanta and the Bhagavad-Gita to awaken not only sense of self-liberation but an instrinsic ecological ethic.

Through instruction or personal transformation and awakening through Yoga Philosophy and Kirtan, or practice of reverence, devotion and gratitute (Bhakti and Karma Yoga) I help inspire and sustain people towards less internal and external conflict.

As a User Experience Internet Strategist and technologist, I work to bring communications infrastructure to social change organizations and communities.
