About

Hi there,

I'm Diana and I'm a naturopath and massage therapist. Although I do prescribe nutritional and herbal medicines, I always work on correcting the foundations of health ,ie a balanced diet full of fresh vegetables and fruit (which I can tell you, the average person DOES NOT eat!). I'm part of Permaculture Sydney Southwest - Macarthur region because I love growing my own vegetables and the idea of becoming as self-sufficient as possible while in an urban setting. I have been into the original guerilla gardening and transition town ideas ever since I read about them and one of my biggest inspirations was watching the video "The Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil".

I'm still very much a beginner, so I like to learn and absorb as much as I can and pass it on to clients, family, friends and the public so that they can see that even one step towards a more sustainable future is better than no steps, and that it's actually easy.
