Hemanthi Goonasekera is the National Coordinator for the Federation of Sri Lankan Local Government Authorities. (FSLGA). This is a newly formed federation with membership of Local Authorities in Sri Lanka. FSLGA aims to be network with similar associatons; share experience; and be an advocacy group for good governance in Local Government sector in Sri Lanka.
