About

I have a strong background in Health Policy analysis and work in policy research for a small firm in Calgary, Alberta.

Most recently, I have joined an organization that offers me (and others) the opportunity to truly make a difference in the world in a manner that meets my dreams. This is Humanity Unites Brilliance (HUB).

HUB was founded byCharlie Stuart Gay, Executive Director of Minekeeper Foundation and The Sole of Africa. It is associated with Larry Jones' Feed The Children,  Barbara Marx Hubbard's Foundation of Conscious Evolution, Dr. Jean Houston's Social Artistry, Kimmie Weeks Youth Action International, Global Elders and Nobel Laureates Nelson Mandela and Dr. Yunus Muhammad,   self-empowerment author's Mark Victor Hansen, John Gray, Jack Canfield, Rev. Michael Bernard Beck Agape in LA, Spryte Loriano's Feed333.org and several microcredit organizations including Dr. Yunus' Nobel Peace Prize - winning Grameen Bank.

This is a social networking organization for social impact, which has the ability to take all of us from survival to sustainability through humanitarian efforts and  the recognition that we are all one. I am excited to be part of the organization, to be able to make an impact in Calgary, Canada and internationally only by spreading the word and teaching people to spread the word about HUB.

Through HUB, members have access to education from leaders in self-empowerment and consciousness raising, leaders in business and humanitarian training. Members will have the opportunity to participate on the front lines in countires like Africa by helping to build facilities, dig wells and/or distribute food and water through agencies connected to HUB. These are all things that I have wanted to be apart of since finishing my graduate work. I can be apart of this my merely contributing $99/month or i can jump right in and create more impact whereever my passions lie. HUB frees me from surviving the sustainably living so that my time and energy can be focused on the Global - ONE of all of us.

Check out HUB through my site at:  www.transformativegiving.hubhub.org

. . . and 'connect with us to change the world' ! Charlie and founders have created a social business similar to what M. Yunus speaks of in his latest book - Creating a World without Poverty: Social Business and the Future of Capitalism

$99 per month can impact 32/people per month with food, education, clean water and micro-credit loans. Our team in Calgary is currently impacting over 6000 people per month at this time - August 2008 (we started at the beginning of June 2008!)
