About
Now 25 years old, Forrest got his start as an entrepreneur when he launched a start-up clothing line named Johnnie California while completing his degree in Bioengineering from UCSD. Getting an early start as an entrepreneur, he once even coined the title on his business card, "Fashion Engineer."
He was then hired by Genentech, Inc. to help move drugs through the product pipeline. He resigned after a year and a half to become the CEO at BizzFlip.com.
Forrest is currently leading BizzFlip Inc.'s greenest development, EcoFlip.org.
EcoFlip.org features green classifieds for green products, eco-friendly services, fuel-efficient vehicles, travel, events, green living, eco personals, eco forums, eco-friendly blogs and more.
Interests include reading, writing, thinking, hiking, surfing, travel, flamenco guitar, theology, wikinomics, EcoPreneurship, and Praying Mantis Kung Fu. One of his favorite things to do is to cruise down the California coast (listening to the Eagles/Ottmar Liebert/Chili Peppers) with a mandatory stop in Santa Barbara for a quick run!
