Moving through this world, I am finding my place to make a difference and fulfill my worth.

I am neither one who fell in love with an early passion to be followed, nor one who fell into a profession that ate their lives away. I have always worked on my own time and schedule to bring about change and happiness.

I know I have been inspiration to many people, showing them that they can live their lives on their own terms, follow their dreams and survive without falling into the maelstrom of the modern world.

Also for better or worse, I have always been so endeared to self-reliance that I believe many of my conceptual endeavors suffered.

The time has come for me to take it up a level and move towards collaboration. At this point in life I am focused on working with my fellows to create this dream world in which we all have the right to live.

For the past ten years I have been the founder and principle of an event production company, 19d Design & Production (www.19d.org). As a business owner, I bring the skill set associated. However, as an events producer I bring added skills that are quite useful.

I work with, motivate and communicate effectively with people from all socio-economic backgrounds. I begin projects with white-collar meetings to set objectives; then contract and work with blue-collar get-it-done people to accomplish said objectives. Then we welcome a large amount of the public to venture into our venture. All the time I am coordinating with all three.

I deal with problem solving on multiple levels: from design-conceptual-boardroom issues (such as marketing objectives, non dollar ROI and budgets) to on the ground technical-equipment-labor issues (such as systems design, team building, equipment failure and logistics).

All in all, this is a skill set learned and tested in the field that will, that should server a greater purpose.

I hope to take my knowledge and apply it towards solving problems that are nearer and dearer to my heart, and the world, then what I have done previously.

This intro is a bit counter-to-itself do to the fact that I am espousing my abilities as a team-leader and inter-personnel coordinator, while at the same time lamenting my non-collaborative surroundings; but it is this break in logic that I am hoping to bridge.

I wish to enrich my existing skills by introducing myself to a new arena where I will be surrounded with like-minded collaborators with the chance to utilize our combined brainpower on problems of worth.
