I'm a wife, mother, English instructor, and cat owner with a background
in anthropology. Up until 2000, I was still actively involved in
anthropological pursuits, but over the past several years, teaching has
become so all-consuming that I had to take a summer break. During this
period, I'm getting back to some of my interests in conservation,
photography, foreign languages, and writing. Life is choices, isn't it?
