I am the Director of Global Program Operations for Rare, www.rareconservation.org. I am responsible for rolling out Rare’s new strategy focusing on integrating the Operations, Program, and Development teams through a global management system, reporting tools and dashboards. I also oversees special projects related to implementing Rare’s new business plan and driving organizational change.
Before Rare I worked more than a decade in the private business sector, including roles at management consulting firms such as Corporate Executive Board, Arthur Anderson and Mercer Management Consulting/Oliver Wyman. On the more delicious side of international business, I also started the first burrito and wrap restaurant in Spain. Alas, more tasty than profitable.
I earned his BA in Economics and History with Honors from Hamilton College and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Thanks,
