About
For twenty years I
worked in the field of Organization Development, designing, conducting
and evaluating management training and executive development programs.
My background includes a B.S. in industrial engineering, Master's
degrees in both business administration and counseling, and a doctorate
in applied behavioral science. I have published five books and over
fifty articles on leadership, motivation, human relations training,
prejudice, stereotyping, and cultural differences. I have conducted
seminars on "Managing Cultural Differences" for a wide variety of
corporate and association clients. For the past 10 years, my work has
evolved into publishing world map images (www.odtmaps.com) which are
specifically designed to enhance our consciousness and how we see
ourselves on this planet. Titles include: the Peters, Map, the World
Population Map, Waterman Equal Area Butterfly Map, Hobo-Dyer Equal Area
Map, and others. My current projects include producing a documentary
about the remarkable life story of Dr. Arno Peters and publishing a
USA-EQUAL AREA MAP
Avocationally, I am a Contact Improvisation (CI) dancer, and I have worked with mixed dance companies (and classes) of able-bodied dancers and dancers with physical disabilities. This work has enhanced and enriched my perspective as a diversity consultant and publisher of "inclusive" map materials.
