Community Solar Wisconsin

I just returned from 2 1/2 months in India, leading a group of 12 university students on a travel semester abroad, through an organization based out of Calistoga, CA: LEAPNow Lifelong Education & Alternative Programs (http://www.leapnow.org).  We worked on personal development and group dynamics as a process toward building relationships and community through awareness of self and intentional behavior.  Also, we volunteered: on an organic farm for a week; in an orphanage for a week; and for a development trust/orphanage for another week.  We also explored yoga, meditation, and spirituality.  Our route included Delhi, Rishikesh, Varanasi, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.  It was quite a trip.

I am currently seeking full-time work in San Francisco, and I am interested in Organizational/Community/Economic Development.  In December 2008, I completed my MBA at SFSU with an emphasis in Sustainable Business.  I am drawn to ideas and actions where long term Social/Environment/Cultural considerations are made toward providing a higher Quality of Life and creativity in our world and our communities.  I am also becoming more and more drawn toward entrepreneurship and toward bridging industries and sectors together toward positive relationships and sustainability.  Work in progress.
