About
Bio-philiac- Somanaut & Bioneer.....
I grew up in Southern New Jersey in the forest with awareness paid to solar living and the blessing of running water. I also was blessed with a deep love, connection and active communication with nature.
I currently live in San Diego and dance with finding the balance of life while living in the city amidst green lawns and a very obvious drought. I believe in FOOD NOT LAWNS. We are developing my yard into a permaculture experiment and figuring it out as we go.

I also study and am passionate about inner gardening and ecology. I study organs and gratefully facilitate people to function more effectively and freely in their own skin through the arts of yoga, meditation, pilates, PT, holistic nutrition and Visceral Manipulation. I also teach yoga to homeless teens and love sharing with them tools to transform their lives.
I am blessed to call this Earth my home and am so honored to have some amazing friends and I would love to widen my circle.
Peace,
a
side note from kabzj**
ahlea is the coolest most bitching'est friend, ever. She will look right through you to the place deeper than you can see and start loving you back from there. She is also a complete silli-head.
