Sustainable Technology and Techniques for Automobiles

A discussion forum for news, ideas, technology, and techniques for automobiles. Climate change demands a transportation system with fewer CO2 emissions. Given the massive bias toward the personal automobile in our infrastructure, lower carbon cars must become available and affordable. Anyone is free to add their voice to this discussion. Problem

How can we help to kick-start the future energy efficiency development of the 3rd World and in the same manner approach helping US owners of foreclosed houses become self-sufficient and profitable small local green businesses?

New Ways out of the Housing Crisis

Ways out of the Mortgage crisis (Beyond a Citizen's suggestion)

What does it take to Change the World? Nothing! The World is always changing!

What does it take to move the World toward where most would like it to be, from you for you?

Maybe this…

Introduction:

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are a international group of regular people, IT-professionals, educators and scientist. Our names are Anthony (Author of this piece and who by the way is now looking for a Job), Bob, Erika, Marie, Windsor and others - a group of friends – who developed through discourse a different way to solve the existing housing and foreclosure problems.

Objectives:

The question that arose was:

How can we help to kick-start the future energy efficiency development of  the 3rd World  in the same manner as we would approach helping US  owners of foreclosed houses?

Solution:

By combining Photovoltaic systems with the stark increasing demand for local organic produce, while increasing the worth of those foreclosed properties and at the same time that we are increasing profits for the investors and creating new environmental and other most needed jobs. And these are the economical strategies that we have come up with:

Solar-housing: Rent to buy and buy to rent housing System

Abstract:

Buying off of foreclosed houses from the lenders by investors; investors could be the local or federal government, big and small business, environmental,/peace organizations and charities - by going into long-term business coalitions with the small entrepreneurs now in green and solar development/home gardening small and new eco-businesses. Those investment is the price-reduced delivery of needed service, while part of their “payment” is an agreed upon share in the profit that then is expected

(=similar economic scheme as now, but effective better related to real goods that people all around the World will always need;

A safe home, energy and toxin-free natural and healthy food!

This is only one example for a mortgage reduction scheme; by which a household produces more energy and food than needed for consumption. The surplus represent the profits the lender/ investors/ Solar Systems producers/ lenders make.

And local businesses/ local government  could grow exotic most needed plants and herbs in closed, controlled green houses locally and sell highly taxed.

Banks, Solar manufacturer, AIG (as the US too big to fail lender/Insurer) et all capitalizes in a controlled manner from such utilization of

localized miniature farms. Or even the shier infinite possibilities such economical principles would offer to systems like China or for Latin American Nations like México, Argentina, Brazil and African Nations is to be envisioned; For example the Chinese government focusing the solar energy production now more on excess production, storage and growth, the economy of such a mixed social system is guaranteed to be self expanding and very fruitful as China would possibly fast become the No. 1 producer of solar produced Energy - and even more possible then- China could quickly become the one nation selling and dictating the price of energy of the future to the rest of the world. I personally see no reasons- why not all possibilities- should be approached.

We are taking use of our right to Freedom of Speech as President Obama so nicely proclaimed to acknowledge our respect for the Chinese and the Russian Nation, and their contribution to human history. Therefore, we would like to recommend those 2 important nations too the same recommendation we already offered the President Obama Administration.

(see  ‘A People’s Proposition)

Pre-requisites and Requirements:

1.)  Fact: Houses financed on this economic principle will require more  investments ( will be costlier) than other more standard houses

2.) But the higher investment increases the overall worth of those houses exponentially, almost instantly, what means higher profits and

11.) Add-ons investors/Solar manufacturer could add: House insurance,Solar and other insurance. Creation of local (Solar) Repair/Maintenance Companies (eg. If you hire our local repair partner, you will receive much cheaper repairs.) could also be done.

A number of highly profitable new sectors can so be created, which if, applied and realized intelligently will also generate jobs to further heal and revitalize the world’s economy.

12.) This economical model of housing would certainly work well for the other ideological spectrum- China’s form of Socialism for example - as well as for charities and foundations willing to support people not only  in the Third World to become more sustainable and self-sufficiency, while at the same time giving people in those places the opportunity to create a closed, autarkic and growing market of their own., independently.

I could see this economical scheme for example working very well for all those involved in the Fair Trade Industries.

This economical housing principle is not intended to replace nor intend todominate the exiting housing market models, since it could be easily realized alone on the local community, small investors or even alone charity level instead alone.
