The MDHFM School & Consultancy
Luis
Daniel Maldonado Fonken did develop a know how dedicated to help
humans activate total potentiality, improve performance in
communication, collaboration, cocreation and organization.
His goal was to support individuals, communities, companies,
organizations, human cities and cultures to shift to human
organizations with awareness and respect of human beings, nature and
culture.
In order to achieve that goal he did study in many disciplines (and
knowledge fields) about human behavior and human needs, their natural
communication and collaboration processes, natural learning process, as
well as about their relationship to nature.

The know he i did develop is based now in 36 principles, 27 F-elements,

This systhem helps human communicate and collaborate, plan and develop as a community or team better, by sharing common values and care for nature and human future.
Multidimensional Human Factor Management is the study of human factor and its interaction to nature.
