About [Edit]
The Spiral Growth (and development) theory combines phychologist Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, philosopher Ken Wilber's AQAL and Integral theory, sociologist Clare Graves' Spiral Dynamics, and evolutionary biologist Elisabet Sahtouris' Cycle of Emergence theory into one grand theory for how we develop intellectually and emotionally (and physically, to some extent). The Spiral Growth theory gives us a map for creating policies in every sphere of life, with the goal of creating the greatest good for the greatest number of individuals (flora and fauna).
The Spiral Growth theory helps us know where we, and others, are; where we're going; and what we need to get there successfully.
It's a perfect tool for those in leadership positions, to help everyone maximise their talants and skills, and to help people meet their needs so that they can grow and develop into healthy, compassionate, productive adults.
It's also an excellent too for use in education, psychology, counseling, law enforcement, non-profit organizations, traditional businesses, and sustainable living policy planning.
