A good old who dunnit?, this film sets the scene for the rising wave and sudden crash of momentum for electric cars in California at the turn of the Millenium.  The various suspects include: Big Oil, Technology, Government, and low consumer demand. 90 minutes long and narrated by Martin Sheen, this film is a must see for anyone interested in energy security, climate change, alternative fuels, and Pimp My Ride.
