Congresspedia

was launched in April, 2006, as a joint project of the Center for Media and Democracy and the Sunlight Foundation. The editor of Congresspedia is Conor Kenny of the Center who is based in Washington, DC. Congresspedia contains articles on every member of the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate, with detailed information on their background, legislative records, history of ethical lapses, funding sources, etc. Congresspedia is a wiki that exists within the larger wiki SourceWatch, developed by Sheldon Rampton and John Stauber and owned and operated by the Center for Media and Democracy.
