Taking place less than a week after the 2008 elections, this year's conference will focus on the best ways for the nonprofit community to use our powerful voice to secure brighter futures for people across the country and around the world. It will bring together 1,000 leaders from throughout our sector to identify and develop creative approaches that our organizations can use to address critical issues during a time of great political, economic, and social change. By examining how charities, foundations, and corporate giving programs can together enhance our work, the conference will highlight how we can better strengthen our communities and fulfill the hopes of millions of people for better lives.
