AquaStat is a database of freshwater-related statistics. It includes information on nearly every country in the world, dating back to 1960, for a wide range of variables, including irrigation, rain harvesting, total withdrawals by source (i.e., groundwater, surface water, desalinated water), waste water, water consumption trends, total available water resources, and population. It is a service of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization's Land and Water Development Division.
