Ref: International Day of Peace – September 21, 2007
Respected Sir,
Prem, Pranams.
UN Resolution UN/A/RES/55/282 fixes the date of the International Day of Peace on 21 September and calls for a Global Ceasefire on that Day. The International Day of Peace, as envisaged by the United Nations General Assembly, provides an opportunity for individuals, organizations and nations to create practical acts of Peace on a shared date.
That day we have to sprinkle Love and Peace irrespective of our race, religion, etc. We are the children of the Almighty on this planet. The Almighty is not in temples, mosques, and churches or in the synagogues etc. He dwells in the heart of each one of us in molecule form. We have forgotten Him, and hence, present disasters all around. To douse the flames of disasters, we, Love ‘A’ (Anonymous) or Anam Prem group is trying to kindle Him and activate the goodness in everybody for Peace.
We have to mark our individual and collective progress toward building Cultures of Peace, and serve as a reminder of our permanent commitment to Peace, above all interests and differences of any kind.
That day we wish to see your Consulate General for just few minutes. We have nothing to give or to offer anything in material or in physical kind. Nor do we expect anything save Love and feeling of brotherhood from His Excellency who is staying with us for a pretty long time far away from His homeland. As brothers, it is our duty to look after Him, to enquire of Him and to love Him and to make Him feel that His Excellency is not far away from loving human and fraternal hearts.
We belong to the group Anam Prem or Love Anonymous and we sprinkle Love and affection in the name of the Lord of all Lords, who is invisible but dwells in each one of us. We are convinced that the advancement in science has separated us - we brothers and sisters - and the Lord in our heart is neglected and ignored. All the meetings and conferences which every country holds are not as yet able to bring the human souls together. As a result the planet ‘Earth’ is clasped by dissensions. Man is set to wipe out a man - the Man. Hence, we are coming to have only few minutes with our own brother i.e. His Excellency, only for exchange of smiles and for a loving glance of His Excellency through which we can peep and splash a flow of Love to the millions of your countrymen and their leaders.
His Excellency along with his staff is staying in Mumbai amongst us; but we never had an exchange of Love or an affectionate glance. We are living on the same planet, the ‘Earth’. Let us respect the spirit of the UN Resolution; be brothers and let us have showers of fraternal Love at least on this day.
The Lord of all Lords is in the heart in everybody of us. We have to awaken Him. So kindly give us an appointment on September 21, 2007 – The Peace Day, at the time convenient to His Excellency at your Consulate. Please support International Day of Peace by helping us raise awareness of the event. We Anam Prem group is planning to visit most of the consulates in Mumbai.
We will be a family of three or four visiting you. We are not affiliated to any political party or group. We will be coming with loving Hearts and our language will be Hindi or English.
Appreciate us for the hope of mankind and Peace. Please, let us be graced with few enlightening minutes with His Excellency on the International Peace Day.
"Peace is the bridge that everyone will cross, to leave this world behind.
But peace begins within the world perceived as different, and leading from this fresh perception to the gate of Heaven and the way beyond."
With regards,
Pots of Love,
Sincerely,
For the brotherhood of all & for Peace.
