About  [Edit]

Animal Welfare in food systems brings us to the idea of the relationship between the words "horde" and "herd."  We all agree that it is good to move from hording towards sharing.   Now we can see further and more clearly: the mentality of herding itself is actually an issue of hording for self alone.

27 times the resources or more, including land, water, energy, calories, and most importantly human life, may go into producing a unit of meat than is necessary for the same unit of healthy food from plant-sources only.

The sacred feminine energy on the planet also is effected by herding --  After all, most herded animals are feminine: cows, chickens, etc.  For this reason, moving to a plant-source only lifestyle shifts humanity from a hoarding and draining of the feminine life force towards one of gender harmony and balance.

Gandhi, Jefferson, Pythagoras, Krishna, Jesus, the Book of Genesis, and MANY, MANY More have all shown us that plant-source only eating is the appropriate choice for the welfare of animals and the soul of human beings.
