Our good friends at the USEPA have been working hard to evaluate and promote incorporation of Low Impact Design elements into infrastructure designs (primarily stormwater).
The Green Infrastructure page ( http://cfpub.epa.gov/npdes/home.cfm?program_id=298 ) has links to Basic Information, Case Studies, Technical Information, Funding, and much more. A really good resource!
EPA is also running a series of excellent Green Infrastructure free Webinars (they had one yesterday) that can be downloaded.
