Janine,

we are thinking along the same vein.... do you have any experience writing online curriculum? I got my MA in instructional technology and would really really like to try again to kick-start this project.

One thing I was thinking is that we could begin with the tutorial for WE editors and make convert it into a course with modules, video, etc. In other words, design a template which we could then apply to course design here .

But in the meantime, I think it is a great idea to use WiserU as a repository of some great free courses.... We might actually be able to 'run' a discussion group on wiser in conjunction with a group of people actually taking the course. Like it would be great if we could find a permaculture course .... yes?

Also surf the web and WiserEarth to find additional free educational opportunities.  Google "OCW" for open course ware for a wealth of opportunities.
