The Global Fund is developing strategies to scale up gender-responsive programs, with particular focus on women, girls and sexual minorities as well as issues of sexual and reproductive rights and health.

Every two years, the Global Fund invites all stakeholders to dialogue and debate on the Global Fund's performance. The e-Forum is a series of themed on-line discussions about different aspects of the implementation of Global Fund supported programs and the global fight against HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis
and malaria. The e-Forum will remain online until 3 October. The theme featured is: Listening to the Voices: Stronger and More Effective Partnership for Sustained Impact. The first theme of the e-Forum is Gender.
