Founded in 1999, this is the official english mailing list of the Iberamerican Web of Light for sharing, linking and divulgating strategic resources for a better world. We have 100,000 subscribers in 90 countries with 70 different networks and mailing lists in spanish and english. We've held 10 international gatherings of light in Mexico, Spain, Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Costa Rica. We work with 80 networking volunteers.
