About  [Edit]

Carbon Conversations is a stunningly effective training toolkit to allow groups to explore their feelings towards Climate Change, discuss together what actions they can take in their own lives and at their own pace.

Each participant receives the handbook (pictured on the right) to accompany the content of the course. It contains case histories, pictures and personal comments from those who have benefited from the course in the past. Together with practical methods to record your own carbon and exercises to make a 5 year plan to decarbonise your home, life and work.

Importantly the course is there to encourage debate and discussion in a shared supportive space, the course is not 'delivered'. We hope to pilot the course in Transition Highbury in tandem with Islington Green LIving Centre and other local groups.

The full course with professional games and materials will launch in the autumn of this year. If you want to join a pilot group and train as a facilitator for the launch then please contact Tom Hitchman (tomhitchman At yahoo com).
