About  [Edit]

Friday evening, Sept 21, we, the United Nations International Day of Peace Hampton Roads, held a wonderful interfaith program of speakers, dancers and musicians, with some 150 or more people (we lost count at 150) attending at the Unitarian Church of Norfolk that lasted some two and a half hours, followed by lively discussions at the reception with donated food and beverages. Quite a lot of enthusiasm was generated to continue to work for peace locally and globally throughout the next year. This was our second annual event and was larger than the first. We intend to grow every year in numbers and significance.

NAMASTE, SAT NAM, PEACE, SHALOM, SALAAM, BLESSED BE
Mac McKinney for everyone involved
